Tuesday , coming back from fleet review there was a rib , following us back from cowes , was one person in the rib , had orange hull but i cant remeber what colour tubes it had , i may have been blue or orange !
But the solent was quite rough on tuesday , few life boats were out there , i cant imagine anyone going over board and no-one relising , there were too many people out there.
hoping for the best

um it was evening , maybe about 5 ish , but dont hold me to it , i can't really remeber , we were at the I.O.W round by RYDE , but the rib started following us back from cowes then we sorta lost it around calshot .
