Valuation please?

Hi all,

Almost finished rebuilding my jet rib, so I am contemplating selling my real rib as I will prefer to use the jet.

It is an Avon R3.41. 1997 hull, good condition, davit points fitted. Original oars, no patches, no leaks, centre console with steering wheel, throttle and seating for two and a removable rod holder. Has been antifouled in the past and has a few marks.

It has on it a Pull start 2005 Mariner Marathon 25hp Two Stroke (Identical to the Tohatsu I believe). Done very few hours (15 or so).

Indespension bunked trailer with a winch, and an all over waterproof cover.

What sort of money is that worth?

I was thinking about £2.5k? Is that about right or too cheap or too dear?

I would say that is a shade optimistic, but the boat will sell around that if you find the right buyer.

Sub 2k will get a lot of interest.
