I dont know if Vallinat are making the DR range however I suspect this is just a rebanding excerise. The hull is probably the same. I got the console and jockey seat from Ribs 4 u (ian sharlott). Vey professional outfit. I sought a good bit of advice off him before purchase. All of the advice he gave was good. He did feel howvere that the console would be too large for the dr 490. I am glad that I did not take that bit of advice.

I howver reduced the height of the new console by about 70mm as I felt it was too wide for the height and glassed in the unit instead of sikaflex and self tappers. I insalled a 52lt tank.
The moving of the weight forward made the boat behave in the seas off the west coast of ireland much better and much wetter.
