Unidentified part

What could this part be from please as it is currently unidentified and everything on the boats seems fine. Its from either a rib or inflatable.

The part is oval black plastic, about seven inches in length, with clips around the edges and an oval depression shape in the middle.

The part is about 2 mm plastic. That's all of it. No other parts.

If it is half of the part shown in the link then possibly. So shall take a look.
