Yes the engine needs a little trimming and we might look at changing the prop down a pitch since it was rigged as a 200hp. I'm sure getting the anchor and chain in the boat would also help

We had Billhigham Marine de-tune the engine for us when it was in the workshop, they have a dyno which facilitates the tuning. Alternatively you can adjust the throttle screw but that would mean the boat is still technically overpowered for its rating.

Thanks for reply colin, be nice to see it trimmed correctly with correct weight etc. To be honest, i thought trimming in would have fixed the porpoising given not much weather.

Nice to have another UK maker on the go and all the best on the venture!

Look forward to video in the proper weather
