Ultraflex 2 hole grommet

How do you fit the Ultraflex 2 hole grommet? Do you cut two hole for the cables to go through and then just screw the grommet over the hole? Or does the grommet fit through meaning cutting a hole the size of the centre?

You just screw it down over a hole that can be any size as long as it's smaller than the Ring on the grommet.

Perfect sense. Just wasn't sure if the centre rubber sat on the inside and the ring clamped it tight when screwed.
