Tubes clearing the water at plaining speed
Hello

I am wondering if there are other Valiant Dr 490 users out there and if they can tell me if the tubes at the stern of the rib clear the water when crusing. Mine don't is this typical of a 5m rib

cant say about the valiant, but all are subtlety different, so there is no typical really.
Mine do on the tornado 5.1, from memory , the ribcraft 4.8 and the SR4 don't (waiting to be shot down there).

My SR4 didn't (it made a valiant attempt to) but I only had a 25 on the back.......

Currnet Humber does clear.

A friend's Valiant V490 doesn't with a Suzook 70 nor does my Capelli 470 with a Suzook 70

When i close the flodding hull on my SR4.7 the tubes are not even touching the water at rest.
