Use bostik m501 thinners ... But dont leave a wet rag on the tubes!! Dont be scared to use this as it will remove any stains etc but does work.. Then use a protector after again....

I have navy blue tubes - there was sun damage when I bought it 9 years ago -I have used 303 for the last 8 years, literally putting it on by hand like sun screen. I cannot see any further UV damage has occurred since it was applied. I wipe off the excess and generally it last around 4 to 6 weeks depending on rainfall.

The overall appearance is much better and the inevitable seagull calling cards are removed a lot easier. I would thoroughly recommend its use and can see no disadvantage.
