I'd try ASAP Supplies - they do Perko and Vetus lines and might have something.

I'm in exactly the same situation and was going to get a tube and bung from polymarine

Tube:

Bung:

one way valve:

I know they are plastic but at least the tube goes all the way through the hull so can be well sikaflexed in. Ribcraft actually sent me a longer tube version of this (identical tube diameter) and the bung is pretty solid so I'm going to go ahead and fit it to my RC.

Hope this helps...

Hi, thanks for that.

I had looked at these but didnít fancy having the lever on the outside of the boat.
My bilge well is a little awkward to get to because of the bench seat and enclosed transom, so canít really have the lever on the inside.

Iím also paranoid about it coming out and would trust a screw in bung more.

Yes agreed - a screw in type is better and I certainly wouldn't want the bung on the outside. I was tentatively thinking of fitting a plastic collar through the hull (so no issues with water ingess to transom) then fit one of those screw in bungs (mentioned someone in the links on this thread) that Ribcraft use. With that in place it would be more secure than the plastic bung. I liked the idea of the self bailer as an additional water stop! Still haven't been down to the boat tho to measure the diameter of collar on metal bung to see if it would fit!

I'll let you know if I come up with any better solution!

Eventually found almost exactly what I wanted from a new company to me,
Aquafax.

http://www.aquafax.co.uk/html/produc...s.asp?ID=12449

The bigger one has a thread length of 66mm which is ideal for a 2 inch transom, although I'd have prefered a flush cap.
