transom tidy up and rigging

The original conduit to my optimax is split and the steering hoses feed through a equally split witches tit.

Looking at sorting it all out, but find most outboard riggings look rubbish. Anyone got any good pictures??

Was thinking about some sort of thru bulkhead fitting with new short steering hoses and possibly a mercury conduit kit but if im gonna do it i wanna get it right and only do it once!!

Thanks

Pics of my AVON rigging coming out of the deck here ;

http://rib.net/forum/showthread.php?t=30404&page=2

I could improve the run to the engine I suppose .............

Like you I have an Opti that comes out of the deck thats looks poor due to the split hat . cover & it lets water under it that I have to drive in circles to drain properly.

The trunking is from mercury as are the hoses and bulkhead fittings ...just need to measure the lengths you need and phone in the order and empty your wallet ....i also have a few cuttings left ...i'll check and see the lengths
