anybody know of any training places near me i am on the isle of skye got a 6m bwm with a 150 brand spanking mariner on the back think it might be a good idea to find out when i should shout that indians name or wether i should wear a life jaket or a parachute

Hello PJ, have you tried calling the Uist Outdoor Centre just across the water from you ? They have a RIB which they use for training or if you like I am sure they would train you in your own boat.

Uist is also a nice place to visit with plenty places to cruise around and stop for lunch. The sound of Harris has loads of cracking islands to have a wander around.

Lochmaddy is only 16 miles from Dunvegan, or is it 12 ? I forget. I have been our RIB to Stein from Lochmaddy in 30 - 40 mins on a calmish day..
