Just bought a witter towbar with single electrics, towball and bypass for £135 from pfjones.co.uk, the same product code as a shop tried to sell me in oban for £306. Pfjones are clearing these models halfprice due to a new range coming in.

Knew it was a good site / supplier. I got a witter tow bar from them too, very good price and excellent product.

Glad its sorted. Happy towing.

trail west, if you have used them I think Andrew would appreciate a review on yell.com, some guy has dragged his name through dirt online with a bad review. He only has 1 review.
I went to see him today ref towbar and was very friendly and helpful

For what its worth, in about 2000, a trailer of mine expired spectacularly outside Darlington on a Friday night.

AA Relay recovered the trailer to Trail West's yard in Oban...!

If those guys had wanted to rip me off it would have been easy. They didn't - quite the opposite. They rigged a replacement suspension to get the trailer its final 20 miles. Can't remember the cost, but I wouldn't hesitate to return.
