In the water!!

Launched the boat today, went for a quick spin with my dad we topped at 28kts in a bit of swell, she drove perfect and all looks great, also got the A-Frame wired along with some other electronics, Im off out again tomorrow and should hopefully get some video along with some more pics

pictures attached...waiting for jockey seat to arrive which should bring the bow down and make the ride all that better.

Looks good! When you've got your console in will you be staying with the same engine but converted from tiller or have you a different motor in mind?

Have spent the last few hours trying to work out how to connect up my steering only to discover that union chandlery here in cork have given me all the wrong parts!!! the cables are the wrong size for the helm Assembly and they are telling me that they cant get the right size until February, he gave me another cable and told me it would fit but just tried to fit it and its too small, 2mm to be exact, so i must go back down to them again tomorrow and try get all this sorted, its so frustrating..... I hope those days next season doing 30kts with the wind in the hair and sun on the face will make up for all this! I live in hope that with all this global warming Ireland will get the sun we are so long overdue

chewy, I wish i could say i built that console...I kinda gave up on the one i was building thinking it would take away from the finish of the boat, So i got in contact with XS ribs as they have a 4.6m model similar size to mine and ordered the small jockey seat. I'm hoping to order a second single seat when funds permit, as long as I have a good comfortable seat that's all that matters, the other passengers will just have to wait
