Tornado 34 with 3x275 59 knots and flexing

One month ago we started up our Revenger 34 with 2x275hp. It did 61 knots with 23" Revolution 4. The boat handled the way you want it to, and everything was fine. Two days ago we started up a Tornado 34 with 3x275hp. The boat has a bracket, stepped hull and airintake though the console. Tornado had made the bracket too low, so the boat did only 59 knots with Revolution 4. Ribmagazine had tested a 8.5m Tornado last summer, and reported that it was flexing a lot. We wrote to Tornado and asked if this was thrue, they denied it and said that the 34 would be extremely strong built.
We have had our diputes with HMS, but this time he was right, the Tornado was flexing a lot, it also makes squicing noices and doing 32 knots in it feels like 60 knots in the Revenger.
And, Tornadoes asking price was 15500£. Then they started to add everything. At the end the price for boat only with console, no seats, engines etc. was more than double.

Just received a letter from Marinepower where they void the garanti after week 24 if the bracket is not fixed. The bracket was built an mounted by Tornado.

I notice 2 things.

1st - the tornado is stupidly low on the arse and looks like it is sinking - not surprised it flex's -

2nd - none of your passengers have lifejackets on .......
