Drivers

Hi Nick,

I can't recommend Drivers enough, they've been great in the few months I've been there so far.

Different set up to SDS as you know, but you can trail to get fuel, so that's easier and cheaper, take it anywhere else you like for a weekend on new waters without extra hassle collecting trailer etc. And for me, the biggest benefit is that if I don't use the launces, I have not paid for them like SDS and other dry stack sites. I'm unlikely to use that many launches that it becomes more expensive than the dry stackers, and you also have the choice to trail somewhere and launch yourself of course.

Gill, Gareth and the guys are a really nice bunch.

Well up date going down to Salcombe Friday to pick up the boat & bring it back to Bucks! Then plane to take it down Sunday to Drivers & have a day out on the boat as well!
So it looks like I will be able to get some use out of it the year after all!

We just changed to Dry Stack after a few months of trailer sailing.

Dry Stack takes all the stress away and has to be the answer.

The price does tend to bring the stress back, but pay for the year up front and the pain fades quickly!

Yep it is a bit expensive, but in Salcombe I'm paying 122 to launch & recover + 71 a month to store her!! They have also started charging a extra 43 to do a pre-launch clean & check!! Which I have told them to forget!
This year is my first for paying for all of this as up till last year I stored it for free & launched & recovered my self!

Who were you paying that to? Was the 43 a compulsory every time charge? I'm sure you could get it cheaper!
