Just found this, could be of interest to you adventurous types, not Greengrass obviously, as he prefers the "Gentleman of the road" look.

Camp Chef, Ecco-temp, and a lot of others make similar units. The Ecco-temp one is particularly affordable, on special in the states for about $120US.
