Good job you didn't leave it for another couple of years P.D. It'd bloody annoying when just for the sake of putting a bit of sikaflex down where it should be, I think its a case of if you can't see it it doesn't matter. 
I'm going out to get a tube of sikaflex myself, I undid the bung on my rib and a builders bucket full of water came out." Rain water at that". I took out the screws holding the bench seat down and only six out of twenty screws had sealant on them. Argggh

Sure was, this is just one of a long list of things I've had to put right.
I know I should kick off, but TBH I can't be ar5ed. It's a 600mile round trip for me & it's easier to do it myself. At least I know it's been done right. It just pi55es me off that I have to do it on a £30K+ boat from a manufacturer that's supposed to be one of the best around. But that seems to be the way the world works these days, oh hummm

The seat is securely fitted, it won't budge even with the screws out as it has been bedded down on a bead of sikaflex. Whoever fitted it just forgot to add some to most of the screw holes.

Hi Dave
No not great on our part so please accept our apologies, they’re supposed to be well staged in and certainly the boards sealed. The hatches are trimmed in by the fitters and the correct method is below, they obviously didn’t do a great job with the sealant on your boat. If you would like me to supply an over sized hatch to trim in or some sikaflex, please drop me a line. Also with any other issue you’ve experienced as I’ve no record of anything on file here.

Hi Jason, hopefully the problem is cured now, I just hope that I've got all the water out of the ply. I might take you up on the oversize hatch / Sika & make it a winter project just to be sure. As for the other problems, speak to Charlie. He had the boat back for a week, about a month after delivery, for a list of snagging issues.
Re the fitting of the hatch, mine's nothing like your photos, the non-slip floor finish was still in place & the hatch was just plonked on top. It hasn't been ground back at all, as you can see from the photos.
