Tinker Traveller UV protective cover; can anyone help?

As we are headed east to Thailand, I'd like to make a cover for our Tinker Traveller to prevent UV damage. Has anyone ever seen a Tinker with a cover or have you got one?

I'm looking for help in coming up with a cover design, as I've never made anything like this before. We have plenty of Sunbrella fabric, but it is the template that concerns me most. Can anyone offer any help or point me to a useful website?

BTW, I am talking about a cover that stays on the dinghy at all times, not one to cover it up when not in use.

I have already contacted the Tinker owner's club and Henshaw inflatables.

Thanks

Not really sure that I understand what you want to do . . .

Do you mean a cover that just covers the tubes? Or an overall cover that can be rolled out of the way when using the boat?

I don't think we have very many Tinker owners here, but I'm sure that Henshaws will be helpful.
