The Bigger RIB

Hi all forum members.

Are the larger commercial ribs in demand.?

Are the project ribs best found on the well known auction site.

Any ribbers out there looking for the bigger ribs with inboard diesel engines
where would you start to look for one and what would you be looking for.

Thinking with all the engines that are being stolen everywhere an inboard engine sounds a better option.

or a project rib is this a sort of specialist thing.

findafishingboat.com

Pac 22's etc often seem to be listed on findafishingboat.com

They always seem to list quite a few 'projects' too.

Might be worth a look.

Been on all navy simulators bar that one! Being replaced by Wildcat next year.

Went on the Hercules sim at Lyneham with Kitten - great fun - I landed (sort of) on an aircraft carrier in the Solent and Kitten looped under the Bristol suspension bridge - we discovered that if you crash the screen goes red AKA the "Red Screen of Death"!

Oh yeah they put Nessie on the simulator!
