Thanks to Ocean RIBs

A public thank you to Malcolm Winsor at Ocean.

I have contacted him a number of times to get info for customers and he has always come up trumps, this time round I got hold of him with a fuel tank query for our own boat and yet again he was very helpful.

In the current economic climate after-sales-care is not too common, so being able to get original build info about >10 year old boats is superb.

Compliments such as these are good to hear. Personally, I feel the importance of excellent after sales care is often under-considered by customers and the necessity for it under-estimated by some manufacturers.

Whilst similar has been posted in a previous thread, I would reiterate that we have received continued assistance from Malcolm at Ocean since purchasing our secondhand Ocean Rib (not from Malcolm incidentally). Great guy to deal with!

From me also to Windsor Bros.

I'm Glad you guys have found Malcolm and Colin to be helpful, as I have had good help from them in the past too.

there are a few on here that would not agree, but I believe their situation was different.
