Thanks Nos

Thanks for the Beam Nos, it's now in my belly

Mrs W cooked it with chilli, garlic, Onion, Lemon, white wine and olive oil

Along with:

New potatoes, spinach with an olive oil, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard dressing.

She got the recipe from the BBC...

My turn to cook tomorrow, we're having takeaway

Sounds good.

We had the big one last night-weighed it at just under 4lb, with home made tartar sauce. Just rolled in flour and fried.

Mmmmmm.........

Try as i could I couldn't find the Bream last weekend or any plaice, but did catch a 10lb Thornback Ray on a size 4 Bream rig and a smaller Spotted Ray on my Plaice rig

I cooked like Matt, seasoned flour and fried

Roll on next weekend, going to Weymouth. Herbert the Turbot here we come!
