Thank you to Paul Tilley

Thanks for your hospitality yesterday Paul, cant wait to see the finished product.

Now I need to start planning the hull refurb and electronics refit.

Anyone want a well run-in Honda 90?

Paul has an excellent site at http://www.tidel.biz/ but I do not think even that does him justice, I really enjoyed looking round his place.

That tube video is well worth a look, I was shocked at how much pulling and scraping it took. Up till today I've been frightened to go near the tubes with blunt welly, but after watching the video I attacked a couple of really ugly additions with a pair of mole grips and a big flat screwdriver, now all I've to do is get the rest of the glue off.

Looking great Mart Like the change of colour at the bow....is it a fender type material?

Out of interest, what's the recess for in the PHS of the console? (I haven't got one of those...)

Thanks for the compliments it does look better in the water than in the factory ,the reinforcing strips in the bows are light grey flat rubbing strake to match the light grey big D rubbing strake with two wear patches from fabric impression military grey to make them stand out so people use them

Yes Dan, as Paul says the front area is armoured with some flat strake. Being kept on a running mooring off a quay with lots of old concrete blocks is not good for a girls nose.

The recess is for the fuel filler cap, soon to have a no-splashback-fuel-froth-de-foamer fitted behind for high speed loading of cheap petrol.

I nip across to the Isle o'Donkeys and there is a need to spend the least time there as possible.
