Taking advantage of low tide!

Out in poole harbour today & thought we'd stop on the only island without a keep off sign!

Blimey from those photo angles it looks like your right in the middle of the main channel don't think I would want to wade out round there! Great pics though

It was about 150m from the main channel & knee deep for a massive area around us! No boats would've gotten near us

Yeah I'm sure it's just the angle of the photos. They would be run aground long before hitting you!

That's Stone Island, it catches a lot of vessels out.
On Sunday the Harbour Master dragged off a yacht on a fast falling tide. They were very lucky.

That island always causes some amusement, not as good as the sea wall out of the harbour that often claims first timers at high tide.

Saying that the harbour itself is rather shallow at the best of times, my mate didn't believe me so I sent him off for a walk
