Hi Andy, my comments were tongue in cheek, however I don't need anyone to explain anything to me, nor do I need a beer thanks. I have seen the struggle for continuous attention, and read enough in the past to come to my own conclusions, enough said I think, time to move on to more important things in life

Andy (Hightower) the burgee is at home because we took all our things off the boat to make room for the lads' stuff. Its market value has increased immeasurably now because of its history

Promise to hand it over safe and well at a venue near you shortly (we'll probably drag ourselves out on Sunday if you're around)

Missus

Orange Beeny, I consider both Bear and Alan good friends of mine so does their crew members.
I have met them both and assisted them during their voyage across the Atlantic via Iceland.
Themselves and their whole crew are considered as friends of Iceland, matter a fact every foreign citizen who visits Iceland gets this honourable status.

Jst read true most of this post, can't belive how fast it's growing.

Just wanted to say hi to all the crew on the Spirit, I'm glad they are all safe.

The Spirit crew was well prepared for this trip, they must have been hit by someting that you can't plan for. But even in this situation, they made it, due to planning and a very good rescue service.

I do belive it's the planning phase that many people miss out on, and they are the stupid people out on the water. I don't care is yoiu are crossing the atlantic or going cross the Solent, go prepared.

Glad you are all Oki, and I do hope to meet you all again. (Maybe at the next years Ribex)

Deana, your Dad and the crew were on the local tele last night arriving at Southampton. All looked well and smiled at the cameras.
