Did you stir the bulk container before pouring out your working quantity?

I always do to ensure the wax hasn't layered out which if you think about it is how it works when applied.

I strongly recommend you stir it carefully for your next try.

You could -as a last ditch try to avoid scraping and redoing- try sealing the new layer with thick polythene to exclude the air. Squeeze out he air bubbles and get full contact then give it a lot of time and maybe a little heat.

You might also get a way with washing the surface off with acetone or thinners to remove any residual wax and just add a new coat on top.

I now know that a 4 inch grinder and flap disks does wonders for shite flow coat work.

have the deck cleared took about 1 hr 40 mins. just have a bit of cutting in to do. 97% removed by area
