Suzuki df250 prop choice

Would those that have ribcraft 7.8's with Suzuki df250 be able to tell me what props you use and if at all possible the height of cav plate to hull. New boat to me and reckon something needs improved🙄

Hi, I have similar rib and engine / the prop is: 3x16x21.5
