Survey required - Midlands or Dorset anyone?

I'm looking to purchase another boat (yes a boat not a rib!!) its an older 21 footer in apparently mint condition but it is older than I was planning on purchasing. I am very tempted but think it wise a hull survey is carried out to be sure. I'm not to fussed about the mechanicals just the hull side of things.

The boat is currently in the Oxford area but also could be in Dorset for a sea trial this week.

Anyone able to assist?

If its coming to Dorset then try Yellow Penguin in Parksone Bay Marina - I think they will be able to help for hull and engine.

Try Rob Perry Marine in west Dorset/Weymouth, he is a surveyor.

Having seen first hand some of the work this outfit have done & invoiced for on the vessel in question I shall not be taking it to them!!

I had a very thorough examination of the boat, its all very solid structurally which was my main concern. It has had a minor repair to the underside where it obviously scraped something, but its relatively minor. I'll get some photo's of the quality repair that has been done

Anyway it's now bought & I shall be collecting it later in the week for a once over, hoping to have it out for the Bournemouth airshow

I have used these guys for 5 years and have always had an exceptional service from them.
I know others in the area who would feel the same.
