Stuck and the beginning

Well, the first big hitch. I need to repair the hyd. steering on the new (well used) boat. It is made in Italy and called Hydraflex/ Ultraflex. Cylinder model is OB-BFM and helm unit is LD-35. I need new seal kits for both. Have spent 4 hours on phone and internet and been told "not available in the USA"
Any help would be appreciated. System is about 10 years old.
