Strange RIB for sale

Just spotted this on ebay - nice looking cabin RIB for sale in Swansea - dunno how I missed it!

Anyone know anything about these?

I think they were/are built by an italian company but are based on a BWM Deepsea 21 hull. Certainly Paul Lemmer was marketing them a few years back.
