Boat breaking down That's a good idea we could offer a free Solent recovery service to our Clients!
drying room shouldn't be a problem!

About Time

THis idea is now a goer, we are moving into a boatshed at Drivers Wharf.

Its quite a big commitment for us but we are naturally exited by it!

we are presently building the training rooms and moving our maintenance equipment in. SHould be ready to roll in about 3 weeks.

The Centre will have an RYA skool which will be used by ourselves and Fluid tuition and three traing boats . AN Avon and a brace of Geminis.

we have found an on call mechanic Outboard servicing wont be a problem and we have found a superb Diesel mechanic.

Space is Available four four boats inside and five boats outside which will be very secure!.

getting Kicked off the communal PC so more later

Got the guided tour form your good lady wife yesterday and it's well impressive, Stuart.

All the best with it, I'll be popping in for coffee and 2-stroke oil.

Since security seems to be a hot topic at the moment a few pics of Rogue Waves new place showing the work in progress. So if your any good at plastering / painting or can make good tea for the workers & Boatmad members, do call in to Drivers Wharf and say hi.

I'll be happy when there's paint on the walls so my dodgy plastering is hidden :-p

Re Photography Instructor

Dear Peter,

May I say what a pleasure it was to meet you last week and how truly impressed we were with your theoretical knowledge of the Art of Photography, the results of which are clearly viible on this thread.

Unfortunately, despite the attractive grants available to us for employing you we feel you need just a little more experience behind the lens as it were, and regrettably have to reject your application for this position.

The news is not all bad however as we have many exiting new developments planned for our Unit, including the building of a toilet block, and thus we feel we will have a position suitable to your skill level in the near future. and to this end will keep your application on file.

We wish you every success in the future, and offer you our best regards

Yours

Britt Andersen
