Hi,

Outhill and Valiant are both good and can certainly be rigged as per your photo. Finding a console on the cheap is difficult, but having said that there is a second hand one for sale here in Alderney.

Might be worth a run over when the wind drops.

That will be tricky if you want steering included?

Todd Industries makes one out of (I think) polyethylene; would be a lot cheaper than glas, but I can't say if they retail in the UK.
