sr5.4 & 90hp question?

im looking at getting a 5.4 searider or something of similar length, the searider has a 90hp johnson 2 stroke (1999/2000) what kind of fuel consumption can i expect from this boat? also what kind of speeds is to be expected (cruise/max speed)?

5.4 with a 90 should do just shy of 40 knots.

Expect about 1.2 miles per litre at mid 20s cruising speeds.

Mine will do 41-42 knots with a 90hp 2 stroke.
I cant be sure about fuel consumption but I seem to be able to spend hours pottering about at various speeds & I dont manage to use the full 2 x 24 litre tanks of fuel.

cool stuff, thats sounds good...40 odd knots would be perfect, id like to cruise at about 25kts so id say 90hp should do her good
