Solent vs Valiant Ribs

Been looking at getting a rib and a few have caught my eye. One of which being a Valiant DR570 the other being a 6m Solent rib both with the same engine, a 135 Mariner Optimax.

I live in South Devon and the rib would be used for coastal trips between Dartmouth and Plymouth. Maybe slightly further afield.

Which of these ribs would handle rougher seas better as we all know how quick things can change.

The Valiant looks a cleaner boat and newer but I'm tempted the feel that the Solent would be better built.
