Solent Ribbers meet Isle of Wight

Would any Rib netters be interested in a Solent meet on the Island with perhaps a BBQ and Beer .
Come over Saturday afternon BBQ evening and cruise before going home Sunday .

B and B 's or camping on the website should be able to get a cheaper overnight deal at the marina or you could berth at town quay .

could make it the weekend after Cowes week and perhaps our friends from the Channel Islands could make it over.

The Lifeboat may put on the BBQ and not charge too much or we could just eat there.

Just a thought.
Tim

Yup bring them all be good to see your motley crew again.

Big Mick can bring the ski and I want another go at 95mph.
Re the burgers I love em can never have enough of a good thing.

On a serious note though it would be good to have a gathering as we are having the hottest summer since 2003 so why not take advantage of it.

We'll be up for it if it moves to another weekend.

We're returning from Dartmouth on the 15th, and will be cleaning down tents etc on the 16th.

Sounds like a great idea, I'd really like to tag along too if that's okay? Am pretty flexible with dates...

Sounds good to me. Let us know the dates and we'll join you if we can (although may not stay the night)

Ok the marina will give a discounted price of 265 per metre if 10 ribs or more
works out at about the same price as town quay only safer.

Back end of August 15th 16th or 22nd and 23rd
Cheers Tim
