small ships register tel number??

Would be grateful if someone can tell me what is the correct number to call SSR in Cardiff?
I have these two numbers (023 20 448813 and 023 80 329312 in which I disregarded the zero and added one) from their site but is wrong.

Not sure why you'd want to do that. If you're calling from Greece you need to drop the zero and add 00 44 instead.

The 02380 number must be a Southampton number so possibly the other one may be best to try.
