Small boats big seas DVD

Has anyone seen this DVD by RI if so is it any good and is it worth purchasing?

I have it on VHS tape.
It is worth seeing if only because of MY appearance in it! No, no, just joking, my part in it is so small it is hardly worth mentioning-(so I wont more than 2 or 3 times).
It is narrated by a friend of mine, however, and it is quite old now-2003ish? Shows how old by virtue of the fact that I only have it on VHS-dont think DVDs were even invented back then.

Cant really comment on "is it worth it".
