Ha, we turned left out of Oban then about 45 minutes. 500ft of water so it was a bit of a challenge winding them up!!

This what I use when we fish deeper than 600m, it takes around 15 mins for my 10 lb sinker to reach bottom. Today we fished the top of offshore sea mounts that rise from 4000m to 1000m.

Today 40 miles off Nayland. 30 blue sharks caught by 3 of us (10 each) my best was 85lb

Dave we where well offshore. About 35 miles off, celtic deeps. Couldn't see Wales, or Ireland lol.
All returned to fight another day.
