i think one of the mornins mr ps door iz cumin off .and five t six blokes am guna rush in,sedate him put one of those fancy armarni white jackets on him.and they will write books on him, or then again they might just put him in a jar

As I recall, a blank shotgun cartridge is typically loaded with powder beneath a plastic wad, with a cardboard-like fiber spacer. Not sure I'd want to launch that into a tube.

If you hand load your own, you can, of course, put in whatever you want, but you still need something to keep the powder down near the primer (which means some sort of spacer material.)

How about going with some sort of system using CO2 cartridges instead? (Better yet, the N2O systems designed for sparkling water and whipped cream - more entertainment possibilities.)

Feck me mate you need to roll em thinner.
Jyasaki speaks sense, we used to take cartridges to bits, I wouldn't fancy any of whats inside flying my tubes.

If you're even thinking of trying to inflate using H.E. then I think you're past caring what's in your tubes, wads etc., Hypalon or not.
