shock absorbing seats

A company i used to work for has designed a new style of seat. here is the link www.shockwaveseats.com
I have yet to actually see these but i will wander over soon to get a demo.

the rib in the picture has a plastic collar made in a roto mold (or whatever it is called) and are filled with foam floation. they seem pretty durable and look good as well.

From what I can see on the web site it looks like a superb bit of kit! Are the prices in Canadian $ or US?

If they are in Can$ then they seem very well priced indeed with Can$2.3 odd to the GBP!
