2 fish finders, but one plotter?

Personally, I'd do that the other way round.

I would put a plastic or ali tank in under the floor, Stainless becomes brittle after a few years and can crack. That boat is likely to take a hammering and you don't want to be looking at replacing and under fuel tank in a few years or worst still lubricating your beutiful optimax engine with water!

If you want Plastic the try Vetus or Tektanks. If you want ALi then talk to cookee as he knows a good tank guy

If I lived in Brum than I'd be buying drinks for David Manning, hes pretty boring company but he has fitted out a lot of them Osprey boats.

Only joking about being pretty Boring..he's not pretty at all!

Most people like Sea star hydraulics and they have never failed on me and most things do!

...Four singles is a better layout for any distance travelling. Much more comfortable for the ballast...er... I mean crew....

P.S. Sorry about the quality of the pic.. but it's the only one I've got which shows my seating clearly

Your cAll but if I was having a noo bOat Bilt then I wouldn't put a Stainless tank in a boat that was gonna be banging into waves at 40 knots plus.

whatever tank you put in it's gonna be a lot of fun if Top Banana is anything to go by

make sure the compass is mounted well away from the Electonics and cable route .

when you say fuel , amp speedo tacho guages etc are you having seperate guages or using the Smartcrafts that come with the engine cos they do the lot.

Mercury are owned by the Brunswick corporation and so are Navman and you can get a range of navman GPS's & depth sounders which are smart guage compatible and really enhance all the info coming off the Opti sensors. Nothing wrong with gArmin gps however!

I agree on the stainless thing - if you want to be taking it out again along with removing all the fuel from the bilge go ahead and fit a stainless tank - they do fail eventually!
