Safe Boating 2007

Just thought I should post this link where you can see the Polish Inland Water Resue Service showing a few rescue demos. The ribs are of course Parker ribs and one of the 6 mtr orange ones has the Mercruiser diesel 1.7 linked to a jet drive. AY will recall driving this rib at Ribex2006

www.sunyacht.pl/pub/pzu_zegrze.wmv

The Parker 6 mtr cabin ribs belong to the River Police

Sorry but no English version is available but for the Polish forum members like Lukasz, MarcinPL and a few others this should not be a problem

Interesting methods of rescue with a PWC - I hope all the people they rescue will be as co-operative and enjoy being thrown around behind a jetski

Seems to be a pretty common surf rescue technique. I've also seen teh same rigs (and similar style) used in both Florida and San Diego.

Anorak Moment

Developed by the Hawaiian lifeguards initially now used all over the world.
Good fun but knackering.
