Rubbing strake???

Anyone got a solution for gluing my rubbing strake onto the Bow so that when I stuff the it doesn't keep falling off? Will post pics tomorrow evening.

Serves him right for getting all shirty when we tried to moor along side him in Ryde. Said he had finished his cup of tea and was about to go. Didn't even offer us a cup.

PM Stephen-RIB. He has glue and will travel. He did not think his repair would last long on my cone, but he was wrong.

Yeh, will take the offending item up to the Church next time nfor the before said Quote!

As I said ealier I'll post pics tonight that better explains things, but basicly where the bottom strake glues onto is the seam of the tubes and is fairly "wavey" so will only glue on the crests.

That's not white pvc stuck to red hypalon, by chance, is it?
Is the glue tacky or hard and brittle?

If not, cut the old adhesive back completely on both surfaces and start over with the gluing process. All the info you need on gluing is on this site. Do a search.
One addition I would make is; to get the very best joint, preglue the surfaces and allow them to cure before going through the normal gluing process.
