Alex - you could work with a ghost writer who would take your input and turn it into a book for you.

No way, I don't want to do it, I'd rather build a boat. But Mike used Cathy Vercoe as a co writer and Mike did a voice recording for her

Great stuff Alex. It was a pleasure meeting you on the RIOW event when your passion for the project and for Macmillan was self-evident. This passion comes across in your posts about the Round Britain trip but I reckon you deserve a few months off mate, recharge the batteries, see a bit more of the family and spend a few winter months thinking about what you'd like to do next....

Whatever it is, best of luck to you!

It was a pleasure meeting you too dude and thank you so much for your endless generosity throughout our Mac projects

Things are all good here I've been restoring my Ribcraft 4.8 I've had it since last May But it's been good to build a boat for me! Still not finished, but hoping to get it done soon.

Macmillan have published an internal news story about us for their staff, it was used as an inspirational story for everyone that works there. I haven't seen it but I'll try and get a copy for you lot

It was a toss up between the Dichotomy or the Frontal Lobotomy, but I thought bugger it & went for the Bottle In Front Of Me instead....
