Ordered some 2 stroke oil 2 weeks ago now and received nothing and barring 2 replies not getting any response from them via email/ebay

I have order parts and bits and pieces from Quinquari Marine in the past. They are a reliable company however I have found them on occasion slow to obtain items. (special order items)
