Unfortunately this is a sad story. It's unstable mother abandoned it at an early age, leaving it to an orphanage for ugly boats and assorted seacraft. All the other orphan boats were real hard cases and were very cruel. Apparently some of the boueys were particularly nasty. The poor thing developed a hard exterior but remained soft & sensitive underneath, as it drifted from home to home.

As for the derelict mother, she's had numerous run-ins with the authorities. She has repeatedly attempted to smuggle contrabands by disguising herself as a giant condom. Based on the police sketches, she is no beauty herself and is appparently quite self conscious of it. If you see this individual, contact authorities immediately - DO NOT APPREHEND!!!
