RibEx Accomodation

Can anybody with local knowledge recomend a place to rest my sleepy head when I am down for the show? It will be like staying in the med from me after leaving Newcastle!!

Try:

The Anchor : 10 secs from the Marina;
The Fountain Hotel: again, right by the Yacht Haven

I have more ideas if these are no good.

Nice one. You couldn't be closer to the Yacht Haven. They do pretty good pub grub and lots of real ales, if you like that. There is a cafe opposite for breakfast if you fancy a fry-up.

Not sure yet, may go by sea from Newcastle if weather looks good or may even go to Ramsgate or somewhere like that and sail round from there. However if weather looks crappy then there is either the car or a cheap flight to Southhampton. All I know right now is that I am going..
