LOL, I'm hearing that. A couple of ideas:

1 (The Carrot). Build the trip into an overnight package with dinner and drinks.
2 (The Stick). Inform him that you're going anyway, and that the big boats look tempting.

So far I'm messing around with 1

Was going to go for that option but he already has plans for tomorrow... so it's going to be an early morning for me ! Anyone know what time it all starts ?

So who did I meet today? Avocet introduced himself and his lady.

Had a great day out, perfect ribcraft testing conditions, sun and wind. Fantastic day out and fantastic boats.

Oh no, didn't think to take any pictures... did anyone else ?

Was a good day although I now have another bruise... maybe I'm too accident prone to be allowed on these things!

Oh, and met Maximus, which was cool

Hehe yep I want the big one !! Thought it was the 6.8 that we were in first, I didn't try anything bigger as I'm not great with temptation.... don't tell me it's actually a 7.8 that I'm now lusting after !

Bruise is from the 5.8, took that as a sign I don't want one now
(Being a bit of a drama queen though - it's barely visible - banged my chin on the steering wheel)

Bouncy seat man was cool - is that anyone on here ? He's been all the way - or at least most of the way - round Britain in that little 4.8 with his mate and his bouncy seats.

You know what they say....''Be carefull what you wish for''!.. I'm sure the 6.8 would be addiquate in MOST situation!,just me looseing it in the ''Heady mix'' of Fly by wire,50cm Touch screen plotters, Auto pilots, and Ulmans!!!! A bit of ''Lust fest'' for sure, BOTH cracking RIBS though, have you been working on the Old man??
