Put another wear patch by the console this is probably where your helm and navigator will be getting on and off.
The spotlight on the A frame is costly 200ish (I think) it usually only serves one purpose - to blind your occupants and or you. Get a hand held one later or head mounted if working. If you need deck lighting the LED route looks sensible.
The 175 and the 225 are different blocks unless you need the stump pulling torque and monster top end of the 225 you'll be more than happy with the 175. Ours has had 8 divers and 2 crew on with kit and done 36 knots no bother, thats a heavy load for a leisure boat. If you are working and carrying a heavy load more speed may not be useful - though some freelance pharmacutical import/export companies clearly did find it useful.
