In that case, how do you know that Jason "gets there in the end"? How can you comment on his performance on warranty when you haven't taken delivery of his product?

Because I have quite recently spoken to people who have actually had work carried out by him!!!

My spelling mistake was a typo - not a total lack of understanding!!!
