Shearwater have the same,

thanks in advance.

Zippy, what is your budget! my current Parker 9 mtr diesel demo rib is for sale and there is a 2 mtr long underdeck space and I can stand up inside and just about touch the celing of the console. An electrical toilet can be fitted and you would still have loads of storage space. Let me know if you would like to see the rib.

have you looked at ZAR Ribs

http://www.powerboatcompany.co.uk/in...page=zar_page2

Talk to Dan Cross, he posts on here sometimes and is the UK importer/distributer.

pm sent Andre.

if i am honest, i dont like the looks of the Zar range. just a bit "way out there" for me.

seems to be a gap in the market (although partly filled by shearwater) for traditional looking open ribs with cuddy and space for storage / toilet.

Number 1 on the list would be Hunton but thats lots and lots of money.

maybe i am just being too picky but we are determined not to rush into the next boat purchase and try to keep it for more than 10 months!!!

A few used shearwaters outthere at the mo ( 3 I think ) from £32k + . I'm a fan - but I would be !

You would also be hard pushed to find a nicer, friendlier & more supportive company (person ) to deal with.

Still very very helpfull & freindly to me even as a used buyer & not 'genuine' customer from new.

When I got mine they were even happy to explain the background of my boat as they seem to know the history about nearly all the boats they have made. Even picked up on my posts on here & mailed me with help / info without me asking !

We have had our Excalibur Sports Rib for 2 Seasons now and would'nt be without it.
One of the conditions form her indoors was that a toilet be fitted into the cuddy cabin.
I can honestly say that it was worth every penny for the grief that I am not getting because she has a loo.

I've got a small chemical toilet in my rib cabin. Prior to fitting it I was of the opinion that toilets and boats don't go together. I was wrong, no spills , no smell and it's an extra seat when not travelling. Emptying it isn't a problem either. Modern units are pretty foolproof and easy.
It's been rocked, rolled and generally slammed but surprisingly it's able to withstand it.
